What I need to keep going

These are not decisions. They are the files and facts the website and the brand need. Whoever has each one can send it. I will also add each one to your client portal as a task with a date.

Logo
Answer on the Logos page
  • 1Your answers on the eight logo ideas, on the Logos page.
  • 2If none of them feel right, a comment on what you want to see instead, and I will make another round.
  • 3Whether you want the three brothers' names or a founding year anywhere in the logo.
UConn
Most important
  • 1In writing, what the UConn connection is: a friendly connection, a place that shows the games, a sponsorship, or written permission to use their name and logo at the lounge. See the first card on the Decisions page.
  • 2If there is written permission, a copy of it, so the website, the menu and anything printed follow the rules in it.
Phone and names
Goes on everything
  • 1The real business phone number. The one on the Facebook Page right now is a stand-in and cannot be published.
  • 2The full name and title of each person who will sign the agreement.
Accounts
Two small things
  • 1Keep the old Yahoo address alive. It is the backup for getting back into the business accounts. Turn on two-step sign-in for it.
  • 2Val accepts full control of the Facebook Page and the Meta business account under the business email. Instagram and TikTok come next under the same name.

Nicholas is handling the rest: the web address renewal and protection, the business email addresses (info@, events@ and one per owner), and the email security setup. The only thing to tell him is who answers events@.

The space and photos
Makes the biggest difference
  • 1Photos of the space as it is today, inside and out. Phone photos are fine.
  • 2Hours, opening date, how many seats and how many TVs in each room.
  • 3For private events: pricing, any minimum spend, and how many people the back room holds.
Your story
About page
  • 1Twenty minutes on a call to tell the story of the three brothers. I record it and write the About page from it. This is the page that makes it your bar and not just a bar.
Comes later, nothing needed now

The menu and drink list: the menu design grows out of the logo, so this waits until the logo is picked. Which games and TV packages you carry: needed when the website schedule is built, closer to opening.

Already settled

Name: Three Brothers Sports Lounge, spelled out. Address: 1000 Farmington Road, West Hartford, in Scott's building. Web address: threebrotherssportslounge.com, in the business's own account. Business email: set up. Facebook Page: created October 20. None of these need anything from you.

Brand · eight concepts

Logos: pick the direction

Eight ideas, each shown on the storefront, cards, shirts, the website and a billboard. Answer Yes, No or Undecided on each. Comments optional.

These are mock-ups. The storefront, room, address and phone number in the pictures are stand-ins. You are only answering on the logo.

Loading the concepts.

What happens next

Once all four of you have answered, I confirm the winner with you in writing, make the final files in a large and a small version, and update the menu and website to match. If the four of you are split, I put the top two side by side for a final pick. If none of these feel right, say so in the comments and I will make another round.

One place to talk

Write here and all five of us see it: Val, Adam, Scott, Stefon and me. Nobody gets an email when a message is posted, so I check this page every working day. For anything urgent, call or text the number on the Overview page.

The agreement

What I am doing, what it costs, when payments happen, and who owns what. Read it, then press the button at the bottom. It takes you to the question on the Decisions page where you answer Yes, No or Undecided.

How signing works. Nothing is signed on this board. Once all four of you have answered Yes, Nicholas sends this agreement to one owner through Authentisign, a secure e-signature service, and that owner signs it there.

This is the written agreement between Three Brothers Sports Lounge and ASEC Services for the logo, the website, the social media setup and the business email. Monthly social media posting and ongoing website care are not part of this agreement; they will get their own agreement later if the partners want them. This agreement replaces the verbal yes from August 12, 2026. Work already done since that date is covered by the fees below, with nothing extra owed for it.

Who this agreement is between

The client: Three Brothers Sports Lounge, 1000 Farmington Road, West Hartford, Connecticut. Owners: Adam Carmon, Scott Lewis and Stefon Morant. Day-to-day contact: Valerie Carmon.

The provider: ASEC Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (Nevada Secretary of State Entity ID E60133112026-4), 823 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 210, PMB 12, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Represented by Nicholas Aponte-Rodriguez, Founder and Manager. (702) 350-1581. nicholas@asecservices.com.

One owner signs for the client. That person confirms they have the authority to agree on behalf of all the owners.

What ASEC will do

Four pieces of work. Each one is described in plain words so there is no guessing about what is included.

1. Logo and brand. ASEC designs the Three Brothers logo. The eight ideas on the partner board are part of this. Once the partners pick a direction, ASEC makes the final files: a large version, a small version, a one-color version, and versions for light and dark backgrounds. ASEC also writes a short one-page guide showing the colors, the lettering and how the logo should and should not be used, so a sign maker, a printer or an embroidery shop can work from it. Two rounds of changes after the direction is picked are included. The fee for this work is waived.

2. Website. ASEC designs and builds the Three Brothers website, up to five pages: Home, Menu, Events and private parties, About (the three brothers' story), and Contact. The site works on phones and computers. It includes a contact form routed to the right mailbox, basic Google search setup, and visitor counting. ASEC launches the site, hands over all the logins, and gives a written guide and a recorded walk-through so Valerie can make simple updates herself. For 30 days after launch, ASEC fixes anything that is broken at no charge. Extra pages are priced before they are built.

3. Social media setup. ASEC sets up Facebook and Instagram properly: the profiles, a written note on the look and the voice of the posts, a 30-day plan of what to post, twelve reusable post designs, and a simple way for Valerie to send ASEC photos and news. ASEC trains Valerie so the posting can run without ASEC. The TikTok account is created and set up, but TikTok posting is not part of this plan. Monthly posting by ASEC is not included; it can be added later under a separate agreement. The fee for this setup work is waived.

4. Business email. ASEC sets up email on threebrotherssportslounge.com: info@, events@, and one address for each owner. ASEC configures the security settings so email from the lounge does not land in spam, tests it, and gives a written guide. The web address and the Google email accounts are in the lounge's own name, paid by the lounge directly, and stay with the lounge. Much of this is already done.

What it costs

The whole amount
$2,523.50

One time. That is everything Three Brothers owes ASEC under this agreement. Two of the four pieces of work are free. The other two are half price. Nothing more is owed unless the partners ask for extra work in writing and approve its price first.

WorkASEC's usual priceThree Brothers paysWhy
Logo and brandIncluded with the website$0Free fee waived
Website, up to five pages$4,500$2,250Half price
Social media setup, Facebook and Instagram$1,250$0Free fee waived
Business email, up to three users$547$273.50Half price
Total, one time$6,297$2,523.50$3,773.50 off

Extra website pages and extra email users ($35 each at standard price) are priced before they are added.

Outside costs the lounge pays directly, in its own name, at the seller's price with no markup from ASEC: the web address (about $15 a year), Google email (about $7 to $9 a month per mailbox), the website hosting plan (about $25 to $30 a month), a font license for the logo lettering (about $200 to $600, one time), and photography if the partners approve a photo shoot (about $800 to $2,000). These are estimates to confirm at purchase.

Later, under a separate agreement if the partners want them: monthly social media posting by ASEC, and ongoing care of the website after launch. Neither is included here.

When payments happen

The one-time total of $2,523.50 is paid in three parts:

  1. $1,261.75 when this agreement is signed. Work continues from where it is now.
  2. $630.88 when the partners approve the website design.
  3. $630.87 before the website goes live.

If a payment is late, work pauses until it arrives and the launch date moves by the same number of days. Any monthly service is paid at the start of each month.

What Three Brothers provides

ASEC can only build with what the lounge gives it. The partners agree to provide:

  • Answers on the partner board (the logo ideas and the decisions listed there).
  • The menu, hours, prices, phone number and event details, in writing, when they are ready. Nothing goes live until an owner has confirmed it in writing.
  • Photos of the space, or a yes on a photo shoot.
  • Twenty minutes on a call to tell the story of the three brothers for the About page.
  • Written confirmation of the UConn relationship before ASEC puts any UConn name or logo on anything. Permits, licenses, liquor rules and the rights to show games are the lounge's responsibility, not ASEC's.
  • One person who can answer questions and approve work. Right now that is Valerie.

When something arrives late, the timeline moves by the same amount.

What is not included

To keep the price honest, these are outside this agreement unless the partners ask for them and ASEC prices them first:

  • Monthly social media posting by ASEC, and replying to comments and messages. A separate agreement, later, if the partners want it.
  • Ongoing care of the website after launch. Also a separate agreement, later.
  • Printing, signs, embroidery, menus or merchandise, and the cost of making them. ASEC supplies the files; the vendor makes the items.
  • Photography and video.
  • Paid advertising.
  • A reservations or online ordering system.
  • New pages, new designs or new features after launch.
  • Legal, trademark, permit or licensing work. ASEC may point out a risk, such as checking that nobody else owns the name, but that is not legal advice.

Who owns what

The lounge owns everything that gets built once it is paid for: the logo and its files, the website and its code, the web address, the email accounts and the social media accounts. All of it is set up in the lounge's name, on the lounge's payment method, with an owner holding the main login. ASEC keeps a separate, named login for doing the work, and removes it when the partners ask. If ASEC disappeared tomorrow, nothing would stop working.

ASEC may show the finished logo and website as an example of its work, unless the partners say no in writing.

Until the fees are paid in full, the logo and website files remain ASEC's.

Changes, delays and ending the agreement

Changes. If the partners want something that is not listed above, ASEC writes down what it is and what it costs before doing it. Nothing is added to the bill without a written yes.

Timeline. From signing to website launch is about six to eight weeks, as long as the logo is picked and the content arrives on time. Content is usually what slips. Late items move the launch date by the same amount.

Ending early. Either side can end this agreement with 14 days' written notice. The lounge pays for work completed up to that date, and ASEC hands over all files and logins for what has been paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.

Problems. If something goes wrong, both sides agree to talk first and try to fix it before anything else. ASEC's responsibility is limited to the fees paid under this agreement.

A straight word on results

ASEC does not promise rankings on Google, website traffic, customers, revenue or follower counts. Nobody can honestly promise those. What ASEC promises is work done well, on time, explained in plain words, and handed over so that it is truly yours.

Signatures

By signing, both sides agree to everything above.
